Like I described in my previous blog, some digestion problems showed up this morning, so I was/am not feeling that well. Anyways, I got out of bed this morning at 10 past 11. And Liny left with her cousin at 11. They didn’t want to wake me up I heard afterwards. They went out to get a visa for the UK so her cousin could come to the congregation for our MSc. Turned out once they came back that it would be a very difficult task to get a visa. When you can show that you are relative of the person it is a bit easier. Namely, the only proof that liny has that she need to be in the UK is that she has an invitation of the concregation. So for her mum and dad it would be possible to get a visa for this event. It is very difficult and very unlikely to get a visa for an Indian Male if he is not maried (in other words, does’t have something to go back for) to get a visa. And it is nowhere documented that her actual cousin, is her cousin. So she can’t proof that he is relative. This system can be beneficial, but is in this case a disadvantage.
After they came back we went for lunch where I had a proper south indian chicken biryani. I still didn’t feel well so I rested a bit more at home whereafter I went writing blogs. Now we have to leave in 5 minutes to go to the bus. In the next place we will not have internet most likely so Ill be updating maybe after 4 to 5 days or otherwise after more than a week.
